Sisters celebrate jubilees in Oregon

BRIDAL VEIL, OREGON (07-31-2010) - Three Franciscan Sisters of the Eucharist celebrated jubilees of vows at a Mass at St. Henry Parish in Gresham. Sister Kateri Visocky and Sister Kathleen Ann Cieslak celebrated 50 years of religious life and Sister Anne Clare Keeler celebrated 25 years. Celebrants of the Eucharistic Liturgy were Reverend Charles Zach, Reverend Joseph McMahon and Reverend Cletus Osuji. Friends and families gathered at the Franciscan Sisters' Bridal Veil center for a festive reception following the Mass.

Sister Kateri, a musician, is currently pursuing a second Masters degree at St. Meinrad School of Theology in St. Meinrad, Indiana. Sister Kathleen Ann is the administrator of Franciscan Montessori Earth School, Portland. Sister Anne Clare is a member of the administrative team for the school and is a head guide.
