Sister Judith Zoebelein, FSE has been in the news recently as the Vatican web site marked 25 years since its debut. The headline, 25 Years Ago a Franciscan Sister Installed Internet in the Vatican, found in more than one news outlet, tells the story of Sister Judith’s founding role in starting the vatican.va website with the enthusiastic approval of St. Pope John Paul II.

Sister Judith has lived in the FSE’s Rome center for more than 25 years. A talented Sister, her master’s degree from the School for International Training and her overseas experience in Asia while in the U.S. Peace Corps have found fruition in her work for the Church and for the Franciscan Sisters of the Eucharist.
